Dr. James Yorke is the 2003 recipient of the prestigious Japan Prize for the "creation of universal concepts in complex systems--chaos and fractals".

Drs. Brian Hunt, Istvan Szunyogh, and DJ Patil have been awarded a 2001 James S. McDonnell Foundation award for Studying Complex Systems. This generous support will enable the expansion of our work.
